Краснуха — это острая вирусная инфекция, характеризующаяся коротким продромальным периодом, экзантемой, что держится в среднем три дня, может протекать как приобретенный или врожденный инфекционный процесс, имеющий разные механизмы передачи, а также различные последствия. Итак, как же бороться с такой болезнью, как краснуха? Лечение у детей этого заболевания осуществляется под четким присмотром.
Что нужно знать?
- 25 — 50% случаев не сопровождаются клиническими симптомами.
- Больной выделяет вирус на протяжении 11 -14 дней (а сыпь длиться всего 1 — 3 дня).
- Типичная сыпь розеольезно — папульозная, элементы сыпи между собой не сливаются, исчезают без пигментации или шелушения.
- Увеличенные лимфоузлы можно без труда найти за 5 — 10 дней до появления сипи и после 2 недель после ее исчезновения.
- Энцефалит возникает очень редко однако его течение очень тяжелое , летальность составляет около 35%.
- Уровень поражения плода достигает 80 — 90% при заболеваниях беременной.
- Инфицирование плода приводит к поражению сердца, глаз, мозга, органов слуха, костей а так же пневмонии, анемии, гепатит.
- Специфическая профилактика производится живой вакциной краснухи в возрасте 12 мес. с последующей ревакцинацией в 6 и 15 лет.
- Этиотропного лечения нет.
Лечение краснухи у детей
Сегодня этиотропного (специфического) лечения краснухи не существует, возможно применение рекомбинированного альфа — интерферона детям с врожденной краснухой.
Лечение больных с не усложненным течением приобретенной краснухи производят в домашних условиях:
- постельный режим на протяжении всего острого периода болезни;
- обще гигиенические мероприятия;
- частое проветривание комнаты;
- симптоматическая терапия (парацетамол, ибупрофен и т. д.);
Краснуха: лечение у детей с осложнениями
При первых же признаках осложнений деток срочно госпитализируют в инфекционный стационары. При этом лечение детей с врожденной краснухой нужно проводит исходя из клинических признаков болезни. Таких детей необходимо госпитализировать специально организованные медицинские учреждения в которых могут произвести помощь при врожденных патологиях.
Профилактика краснухи
Специфическая профилактика краснухи производиться живой краснушной вакциной трьох разово на протяжение жизни в 12 мес., 6 и 15 лет (девочки). Иммунитет формируется у 95% вакцинированных.
Рекомендуется прищеплять серонегативных женщин, которые не инфецировались во время беременности , иммунизировать сразу после родов. Запрещено делать вакцину против краснухи беременным женщинам в связи с высоким риском для плода врожденных пороков и заболеваний.
Не рекомендуется беременеть на протяжении 3 мес. после активной иммунизации. Так же не рекомендуют кормить грудью детей тех женщин которые получили вакцину против краснухи.
Детей которые родились с пороками обязательно обследуют на маркеры краснухи. Детей которые родились с краснухой расценивают как потенциальную угрозу для остальных людей поэтому их изолируют в специальные палаты.
